I am definitely not a fix and flipper.  I want to do new construction.  I found a good deal on some lots but I don't have the cash to move forward.   Are there any real 100% loans out there?   My goal is to try to get a loan and then do minor improvements on two of the lots and then sell them to pay for the loan and then have 3 lots free and clear.  Then, get another loan and build a house.   I built my own house last year and realized I can put a house up for about 50k diy.   I see small builders around here trying to sell there new house for about 350K.  Really?   I want to try to help people and sell a house for around 250k which nothing like that around here.
