I would have the hook-ups available for the tenants, but not provide the machines. 

Maybe the numbers dont work for a regular rental, but maybe they do for a mid-term or short-term.Keep the machine going.

But have seen the holy grail with remote workers and digitizing everything so it’s hard to even consider going back to 50 people in an office lol Keeping it a lean machine 

What about laundromats or vending machines?

Rent a heavy duty 8-hour ozone machine.

The machine will say how many gallons of water per load.

YOU need them to keep your machine working.Your guys also know your going to pay them.This is why so many rehab guys want money up front ONE they can't afford to not get paid basically weekly as there life runs on weekly pay checks.. and two they don't have accounts at the suppliers IE CREDIT... so they are cash and carry..

You could do it yourself as well if you have ready access to a fax machine, but sounds like it may be simpler for you to hand off to someone else.

but if you fly it then its a dream come true and a true time machine..
