duplexes have not been $250,000 in Orange county since 2010...unless you have a time machine you need to rethink your strategy because prices wont be that low in many many many years, if ever again...I just looked on the MLS, the cheapest duplex in Santa Ana is $550,000

Luckily, my wife bought me a pickleball machine for Christmas so I'm going to get to obsess over my forehands for hours at a time. 

I know of a couple places in town that will sell you used coin op machines that you manage yourself, and they'll also repair those machines (for a fee) when needed.

Back in 2004 on a company trip to Taiwan our guys found factories manned by very few as they were all robotic lathes/machines/machine feeds/quality control  etc.

I respect that real estate professionals and bankers will be the last on the planet to believe that a fax machine provides more security than the worlds best encryption (even though routinely there documents are sent to wrong numbers by human error) but why in 2020 are we pushing people off a mobile app onto a web viewer to read stuff?

So essentially both dishwasher and washing machine are free.

That machine is worth its weight in titanium!

Someone who knows which neighborhoods should have a budget for security and have those costs reflected in the offering...and most importantly, someone who understands that the end investor needs to make money for the machine to work. 

Anything aimed at data science (basic data manipulation/cleaning, open-source database, Machine learning, a basic understanding of Python) and anything aimed at GIS oriented data.
