I moved from Portland Oregon to Columbus in 2020 to invest and now own 10+ rentals here, and the fundamentals are really solid—population growth, job growth, and massive developments like Intel, Amazon, Google, Honda, Microsoft, LG, and more moving in.

They told me it was a private development and the development handled everything, including the roads.

It would be worthwhile to develop a relationship I think.

With that being said, the Columbus Ohio macroeconomics are on fire here - population growth, job growth, and companies moving and developing here.
