I blog on my website and then use IFTTT to post onto blogger and then I use IFTTT to post from blogger to Twitter, FB, and LinkedIn and then IFTTT sends an email to the agents on my team to inform them there is a new blog post they should read.

As far as someone reposting an old Business Insider “wet behind the ears 22 year old” blogger’s impressions of us 6 years ago ( a kid who never owned a rental property investment in his life or built one - never mind our 850 we have built in Philly alone) well all you have to do is READ the WHOLE thing to see how we shut that up at that time.

They're more numbers to do calculations in your head...Cap rate, I feel, is not too different... it has a lot more bearing than those other 2 rules, but a blogger at BP pointed out, a higher cap rate could simply mean that the previous owner didn't keep the property well maintained...I have $230 worth of real estate investing books in my shopping cart on Amazon.
