I’m currently in site development, heavily involved in estimating, cost control, subcontractor buyout, and field execution. 

The residents would be isolated and bringing them together for meals or activities would involve moving around outside, which depending on location, season and weather, could be a nightmare.

There are lenders that will accept to close in a trust but you narrow your options vis a vis your opportunity for the best terms.This involves Canadian tax law, U.S. estate and tax law, Florida real estate law, and potentially Wyoming corporate law.

I am looking forward to getting even more involved in the Chicago community and continuing to build meaningful relationships, as well as attending some of the local meetups.I work primarily with investor clients and I am active across Chicagoland.

Ability to take more money home (same a number 1), but you need to factor time involved etc.  

Longtime BiggerPockets reader, first time posting.I’m a private lender and have been involved mostly in small, relationship-driven deals with friends, partners, repeat borrowers, and a few off-market situations where trust matters just as much as the numbers.What I’ve noticed, and honestly struggled with myself, is that a lot of otherwise solid private money deals get messy after they’re funded.

I’m looking for advice from anyone who has dealt with municipal enforcement related to short-term rentals in Arizona.I’m currently dealing with a municipal court matter in Williams, AZ involving a short-term rental and business licensing.

I believe there is a way around it if all of your income and personal life is based in the US, but it involves contracting an attorney and going through a long process, which I haven't felt the need to do as of yet.

I have found the best groups are not run by one person, they are member led and there is a "leader" or person who runs the group but their involvement is limited to make sure people are getting the most out of it. those where its the one person running it, to me is not a mastermind but a guru membership
