Look for places where more people or jobs are moving in, new businesses or developments are popping up, and homes start selling faster with fewer listings on the market.

I see other new developments in the area offering Lease to Own for 3 yrs. 

Two sources: I have paid for coaches myself, one related to real estate lending and the other related to the mortgage world, specifically to business development.

On a related note, I do plan to push for redevelopment of the parcel (over 1.5 acre waterfront) and hope to do a mixed-use development which is allowed by special permit.

What makes NJ so good is many of the Universities are out of room to expand becuase of how over developed our state is.
