1,200 apartments in Jackson bought by Kushner — so why am I hunting $20k houses in MS
If a Trump/Kushner-linked firm is scooping up 1,200 units in Jackson, Mississippi, what’s stopping you from snapping up $20,000 houses in Missouri and scaling to 50?
I’m not asking for your life story — just one good reason I shouldn’t pull the trigger on the next deal. Let me hear it.

I would venture it's due to companies like Continental Tire opening their $1.4Billion dollar plant, Amazon popping up several data centers including the "Last Mile" facility amongst others. These companies will draw mass employees to the area from out of state. RTX is also expanding it facility over $40Million hundreds of new job's.
Jackson is offering their new incentive program "100 homes" which allows builder & Developers down payment assistance for buyers. The location offers a solid purchase to cash flow ratios a well. It may also be an insider type deal from a portfolio owner selling to get a tax break!
