If a Trump/Kushner-linked firm is scooping up 1,200 units in Jackson, Mississippi, what’s stopping you from snapping up $20,000 houses in Missouri and scaling to 50?
I’m not asking for your life story — just one good reason I shouldn’t pull the trigger on the next deal. Let me hear it.

Why would anyone want to own 50 crappy $20,000 properties? Poor tenant pool, high maintenance, high evictions and low appreciation since no one really wants to live there. I would rather have 5 upscale properties with good tenants, low maintenance and higher appreciation. Scaling means more profits, not just more properties.
