What technology/apps/systems have you used to decrease the amount of time spent on managing a similar properties?

The demand is surging with the high power computing requirements of AI, other technologies, and data storage.  

Regardless of how real estate -ish we are here, there is a huuuuge technology component here, too.

Technology is fast moving and they need to move faster than that.

My experience in technology, media, and as an Airbnb host could give us a definitive competitive edge even in tough markets. 

I embrace new technologies, as some parts of real estate are still behind the times. 

Then after that split is taken out, we pay income taxes to Uncle Sam, errors and omissions insurance (in case there's a lawsuit), Realtor's Association dues, MLS fees (so you can look at properties on Zillow), monthly technology/desk fees to our broker, health insurance, car insurance, gas, maintenance, clothing, computer, cell phone, software, marketing, etc.

Any new development or technology or market condition can change everything so rapidly now-a-day.
