@Jim Cummings is right, the TX laws have changed and don't appear to be favorable for investors looking to do multiple HELOCs on investment properties.I'm not approved yet (only started the process) but I will get 75% LTV at 6% for 12 years on all three HELOCs.

If you don't like the rules then get involved in the process to try to change them, don't just ignore them.If they want to restrict my rights as a property owner, they will do so, but I will always find a way to exercise my rights and go to court fighting it.
