It's almost like they don't realize that most things, including many alarm clocks, are now connected to the internet and manage all of this for us.I am down to three physical clocks around my house that I need to change, and three watches, but cell phones, oven clock, Garmin watch all make sure I know what time it is.I would use these notifications from realtors and loan officers as good reminders of who I should NOT be working with.

In many cases a refinance into another DSCR structure makes the most sense if the asset is already stabilized.Where I’ve seen bridge financing come into play is when investors are repositioning a property — for example increasing rents, adding units, or making larger improvements that change the income profile of the asset. At that point some lenders start underwriting more on the future value of the property rather than just the current debt service coverage. So the strategy really depends on whether the property is stabilized or still in a value-add phase.Curious if you’ve seen investors take that route as well.
