I started Brrring in 2019 and have now just closed on our 16th property I have came to bigger pockets so many times and you guys have helped me every step of the way. I just wanted to say thanks for all the information and help so many of you have freely given over the years. It’s truly has changed my and my family’s life. Thank You🙏

Congrats on #16 since starting in 2019, that is a real run. The biggest win with BRRRR is staying disciplined on the buy and the refi so you do not get stuck feeding deals that do not cash flow. Are you mostly in one market and one asset type or spread out, and what kind of average cash flow or cash back are you seeing per deal after the refinance?
