Unsure of the longevity, but event better in terms of utility costs.BTW, if you go to Lowe's, ask about the QSP program and you should be able to get a bulk discount.  

They use conservative leverage on every deal, put high skin in the game and offer a 1031 exchange program to defer taxes indefinitely.

The asking price 300k, Bank of America have special program that they will put 10k toward the downpayment and about 7.5k toward closing cost for 1st time buyers with up to 5% downpayment with no PMI. so this will mean I need to put only 5k in this deal.

Optimally it will also allow programmed entry codes for regulars like USPS and UPS.
