Funding for my multi family property

Hey everyone!

Looking for a solution for my mui-family

I purchase a home back in September with the state of Rhode Island through their first-time homebuyers program where they gave me 10 K for the life of the l went out and got an LLC. The goal is to run mid-term rentals, the first-floor unit needs work done before I can put a tenant into the property

I have been trying to find different ways to improve this property. Haven’t been able to find someone to lend to fund this home improvement 

if anyone has any strategies, they know where I could get funds to improve this property
