@Joe Splitrock So from your experience(and I know your not an accountant) I should send them 1099 even if I don't have there SSN or Tin?

The way I am seeing maximize cash flow is a cheap vacant lot improve it landscape it and put on tiny homes!

Buy quality, not quantity.  

Plus it was a weirdly laid out building & each unit had only 1 bathroom & a tiny kitchen.

Looking for someone with information about tiny home living and if it’s possible to create a “recreation vehicle” type of arrangement for tiny homes.

I know in my tiny village three business owners recently received grants $100K (think they match) for outsideimprovements (windows, parking, roofing, patio)  Must be nice; that's what I want!

Modern farm house look.. take a look at my new builds paint jobs  www.ivyridgeestatescanby.com  also landscaping putting a couple tiny plants does not do it in my mind.. but I know out in the mid west etc landscaping is very minimal compared to what we offer here in the NW or what buyers expect. 

Because the best agents in the business (and the smartest buyers and sellers) know their value.Don't let yourself be negotiated into tiny commissions because you feel you have no other options.

Think of yourself living in the rooms, not for style, but is there enough space (ie don't buy a place with lots of tiny rooms).
