I compare it to the stock market if you don't have a sound strategy that you can implement eventually you will go broke with that method in economic downturns if you do not have safeguards in place.  

Come up ideas to implement. 

We are now using it at FX, but, getting people to implement it is a bit of struggle. 

I scoured the MLS day/night looking for a distressed house  to implement the BRRRR strategy until I found one that fit my criteria.

I am fairly good at analyzing deals and knowing what to look for but I suck at putting the pieces together and implementing a plan of action.I would be interested in forming a partnership with cash investors looking to make a little profit.

What's the deal with Dodd Frank - has it become more streamlined and easier to deal with over the past few years, that it has been implemented?
