The part that rotates broke or does not rotate so no ice comes out. 

Borland really had better products than Microsoft at the time ... those were the days.But I digress, why, because although I set up my own website, it's OK not great BUT functional, and I pay Google for my "professional look" email, I love using my flip phone, especially pulling it out at family functions and seeing my nephews & nieces cringe with embarrassment because they are all "smart phone" users.

As for earning, I use chase freedom flex for rotating 5x categories, 3x dining, ink cash for 5x for office supplies and 5x for internet, cable and, cell phone.

If I'm buying cheapie units, I'll get stainless steel frigidaire from brandsmart (better prices than Lowes or HD)If I'm buying nicer stuff, I'll go to some local outlet type places that have rotating stock.

I would not have a problem with saying 5 everything is functional or 11 I will make repairs but the rest are B'S.

There are several functions that relate to multi families so be careful you pick the right one.

Just because it was functional when you gave it to them, doesn't mean it will always be that way.

I also think the island looks sleek and help’s functionality in the kitchen when moving around the island you aren’t hitting a corner.I would probably pair the island with the more brown run of cabinet’s though instead.Please me know your thoughts!

Outside of that it would function as a usual vacation rental.

Other than the fact that it's a family loan, it functions like any other mortgage.
