Rentalutions vs. TenantCloud

Has anyone used Rentalutions? Seems like a great rental mgt suite for free with the first unit. I want to compare it with TenantCloud. The  difference that I am having a problem  with is that Rentalutions has a full tenant screening suite but their website doesn't look as user-friendly as TenantCloud, which doesn't have a full tenant screening including credit checks.  Just curious if anyone has used either and what the comparison is.

I've started using Tenant Cloud as of January of this year to self-manage my house hack 4 unit and it's been great. Just moved in my first tenants through it. I advertised the vacant unit, processed applications, ran the (tenant paid) background & credit checks, and signed the lease all through Tenant Cloud. Now, I collect rent and communicate with my tenenats directly through the site. Plus, there is a mobile app with full functionality for iOS and Android that makes on-the-go management easy. I've been told by their support team that they'll be adding automatic payments for rent in the next couple of months. Currently, tenants must pay through the site every month deliberately, although the site sends reminders that rent is coming due.
