I am a contractor and I work with great contractors I have been thinking about building a house from the ground up and I would really love an opportunity to talk with somebody who has done this before and I’d like to know all of the costs associated with doing this and about how much I should expect to spend and how hard is it as far as planning and development permit’s etc.

  $25 is a big deal in this space and you may be overthinking the expectation of the tenant.

One thing you are missing is the expected things to do in the property before you rent and expected rent. 

This is not necessarily meant to be a deterrent but just a realistic lense so you can set up your expectations correctly.

What is a realistic expectation of lease option terms? 

I'm just not sure what to expect to pay for a mobile that needs some help here.
