new to BP from new york!
Hi guys! I've been listening to BP podcasts for a few weeks and decided to join in to the forums. I really want to invest in positive cash flow properties but it's impossible in New York. I've started to look around for markets that would produce positive cash flows and learning how to long distance invest reading David's book. Any suggestions on some good markets to start out with would be appreciated. thanks!
