Try to develop relationships with business bankers at small local banks to see what criteria they look for in a deal.One other thing to note, is that even though it is possible to get a commercial loan on a house, many banks don’t like to bother with commercial loans on low dollar amounts as it is expensive and time consuming on both sides.
