If someone does get caught doing that mid-stay I can and will change the lock code and per the contract they have signed will refund them nothing.

If you want a lower insurance premium, build with block, (or ICFs) and install a 4-12 hip roof to code, with hurricane impact windows and doors, not near the water, or in the wind impact zone.

Real numbers are needed to make a educated decision.Lots of time on new structures code compliance will add lots to the cost.Extensive knowledge in Multi Family units is needed ( for example some counties require fire sprinkler in new multi Family project) Proceed with caution and talk to local builders / Code inspectors / Realtors
