I do this part time, but hope to grow my business and eventually invest full time, or at least much more time than I'm able to devote now (I'm a mechanical engineer by day).

They have a ton of add-on features and even a "web portal" solution that allows us to deliver real-time information to anyone whether it is in the office or in the field.  

Search on the web and called around, no luck. 

I have a niche area of commercial that I would rather devote that time to and even that has gotten hyper competitive.  

The program offers  a tenant facing web portal to pay their rent, can accept credit cards and you can charge the fee to the tenant, will do tenant screening for a minimal cost (again, can charge the tenant), does pretty much full accounting, and the list goes on and on.  

I'm working tirelessly to get my first syndication deal completed and under my belt, and I've devoted countless hours to prepare myself to be able to get this done.

So be prepared to devote the time needed to go through it all. 

They're getting caught up in all this REI web/internet hype.

I worked with the Zillow API a little bit and having results populate in Excel; but then I was interested in Craiglist results to find the "For Sale by Owner" listings (web scraping; there can be some issues with that if done wrong though so was hoping for an open API there).  

They have a web site so you can get some information about the company and contacts.
