I want everything to be automatic so I wouldn't want to have payments coming out of my main account if the funds were not cleared yet for my rent payments.

It automatically brings up a box for you to write a short message or comment to the person you're connecting with.  

I like how they provide and option for automatic recurring rent payments.  

The other concern:  Every property we ever purchased in Texas needed to have foundation work so we automatically put it in our numbers for every deal for safety sake.  

Don't automatically assume all areas are skyrocketing.

 - Central air, nice hardwoods / high end laminate, privacy fence, automatic garage door opener, etc.  

As luck would have it, those are the ones that always call hahaha.My question is when those people that call and tell you where their house is located and you automatically know that is not an area that you are interested in(War zone, bad part of town) how do you tell them you're not interested in their home when you in fact sent them a letter asking about their home!

Actually we have been working with a newer agent, and we also have automatic listings already set-up.  

I can only speculate as to why he would show up but not walk in to have his day in court and I think it is because he only showed up hoping I wouldnt so he could go in and get the automatic win by default....its the only thing that makes any sense to me.   

Second, your tax basis in the property when your mother passes will automatically be stepped up to the fair market value ($450K at this moment).
