The people are very nice with a strong devotion to their Arkansas Razorbacks.As far as investing goes the market is pretty hot , like other markets across the US, but rightfully so here as there is a lot of money going back into the city and development in all 3 major regions of the area (Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers/Bentonville) There are a few submarkets within those cities as well and where it can get exciting from an investor standpoint.

i would connect with an agent that understands what your needs are and can verify past deals that they have done such as yours.ultimately if your plan is to do more deals past these initial ones i would begin to implement marketing strategies that connect you directly to owners.and if you have money you can put towards marketing i would put into web based generated motivated seller leads...
