Where to Find "Tampa" Forum in BP

Question

Hello felow BP-ers,

I have trouble navigating the "forum" on BP. I wanted to find a forum that only focus on anything Tampa, FL.  Does anyone know how to filter the forum by location?

@Kayla Pronesti I was thinking there should be an easier way (maybe filter function) to see all discussions that ONLY talk about particular city (e.g. TAMPA, FL) from realtors, property managements, lenders, etc.  Right now, I have to go to scan all discussions (thousands of them) to see if it mention things in Tampa.

You get to it by going to Browse Forums, then under Local Real Estate Forums there’s a button to “Show 51 sub-forums” which displays all the States. Under Florida, there’s another button to “Show 8 sub-forums”, then just click on the one you want.

They’re available to everyone. Here’s the one for Orlando:

@Matt Leber I am on full site web version on my computer. I went to "browse forums" then on the dropdown I chose "local real estate forum". and I was stuck there.  I didn't see any dropdown/choice to choose Florida.

However, I could put keyword alert for Tampa, thanks.

@Johan Yang you can do it on the full site web version on your computer. I haven’t figured out how to do it on the mobile app. On your laptop, you can go to the “local real estate” forum and there should be a Florida section. Within that Florida section there will be a Tampa specific forum, I’m guessing. I know there is and Orlando one.

Alternatively, you can set the word “Tampa” into your keyword alerts and you will get a notification each time someone types Tampa in a forum. This works on mobile and desktop versions.

@Yolanda Eiland aww..... I guess for now I have to spend hours to scan through each discussion to get to any info about anything real estate investor in Tampa.  :(
