Not sure if its possible to do this with your particular lender/loan, but I would attempt to get the creditor to agree to do a pay for deletion, where they agree to delete the record of the loan from your credit report in exchange for your payment.

Take with you what you use as a lead sheet (intake sheet or similar method to organize lead call info) and ask the records clerk to review (sometimes called preview) an actual case file.

Additionally the recorder is referring to the transfer as a "qualified sale", so it may not be an actual arms length transfer.
