We will have 50-60k and are looking for an FHA loan, which should offer a low down payment and leave us with some capital, but I don't think my income will get us approved for a second loan.

That said, I know will have to get over that at  some point, but  maybe once I leave the military and  have more time. 

If you are dependant on marketing easy access to Asheville I would likely leave Burnsville out of the mix even though on a map it may not seem that way. 

This clears that air of mold and stops mold from spreading on walls/surfaces.I've previously used bleach/vinegar to try to get rid of mold on my own and it wasn't nearly as effective, which is why I leave it to the professionals.

Would I be better off leaving my current home alone (to pay it off sooner) and investing in 1 rental property with my $40-$50k or would it make more sense to pursue a cash out refi, convert back to 30 year mortgage, and see if I can purchase 1 or even 2 investment properties with the extra money? 

If I leave Evolve, do the future bookings stay with the property or do they remain rights of Evolve?
