I just started to work a deal with a realtor that has a client that is looking for land for  commercial development and he(the realtor) wants me to find land for him.

My goal now is to develop a branch office in Issaquah.

I am beginner RE investing field in Bishkek city, capital of Kyrgyz Republic, former USSR state, located in the Central Asia.I am a corporate employee working full time, however started saving money and investing in newly buily developing multi storied condoes since 2012.

I am trying to learn how to become a private money lender OR to find a reputable Hard Money lender with whom I can invest. I would be willing to give up a percentage of my profits to invest with a reputable lender

I do a lot of flips, development and wholesales and can show you behind the scenes.

Currently work as a Project Engineer with a commercial development company (retail and multi-family apartments).

I've met the developer whose project was set on fire, Bob Shuman  he spoke at a DIG meeting one time. 

however .... there's never an option for us Real Estate Developers or Contractors, just wholesalers, flippers, investors.

.-- Bought land--dropped electric, developed spring, put in septic, created road (not yet rocked), procured older doublewide (not yet on property), got zoning clearance for soft set foundation on mobilehome.

Before that I ran a popular neighborhood blog where I would occasionally talk about real estate and development in a transitional neighborhood.
