Can anyone recommend any articles, books, or videos to help me get started?

I've been a silent member of this forum for a while, often dipping my toe via youtube videos, so I know a thing or two I'd say.What I would like to do is own 100+ units.

She did give me a video recording that did have sounds of possibly movement in the walls but I cant say it was conclusive.Anyone have any experience here and have possible suggestions?

I think taking a video and sending multiple text messages could open the landlord up to "harassment" claims by the tenant.

You can watch some YouTube videos and I'd recommend that over a book, but nothing beats real world experience.The Book On Flipping Houses is good as a starting point if that helps.
