Lots of people have rich fathers but don't become billionaires - look at the washed up descendants of the Rockefellers, the vastly poorer Vanderbilts, etc.... 

Lastly as it relates to owing rentals which is the vast majority of this audience i think this has been a big wake up call for them on what is or is not proper reserves and how to scale in a manageable fashion given your liquidity and ability to generate income outside of the asset itself.  

I didn't know that in addition to being filled with RE experts BP was also a vast untapped well of virologists AND economists. 

I think the hardest part of administering the site today is the sheer volume of posts, but here is the intersting thing.While it may bug some posters and we are all free to be as bothered as we want to be, I think the vast majority of readers and posters on here recognize these posts for what they are.
