This will give them a first look at your credit.They might have a policy to pull their own but you can do that later.If you just call people for car loans or house loans they will put a ton of inquiries on your credit trying to source various loans.

Once we explain it to the clerk that we are looking for the code violations such as long grass, broken windows, abandoned cars in the driveway, etc they have all known right away what we wanted and which dept. to get the list from for us.Hope this helps!

So, all in all, unless there is a change political will to bypass lobbyists in decision making, it is hard to see change.Moving on to Hydrogen fuel cells for energy to drive cars and energy production is something Japan and Japanese automakers are pushing for.

It has a 15 washer/15 dryer laundromat on site, as well as a 3 bay coin op car wash with 6 vacuums.

Looks like  slate roof powers your power wall and in sun shinning states your totally self sufficient. you plug in your electric car and off you go.. 

I think we will also have a better chance of collecting rent with these improvements as Tenants would not have an extra bill for Gas and gasoline for cars.
