When you're running a business like this with such a leveraged model and high fixed costs, you need to have a fair amount in reserves since you're so screwed if something goes wrong.

My complaint is that sometimes it will list 10 different numbers for one person and you will have to call through multiple disconnected numbers or just outright wrong numbers in order to get in contact with the right person.

I could be wrong, but I see very little upside to waiting 3 more months to list it.

Don't get me wrong, I don't agree with the proposed bill.

Is that really the only list that is publicly available or was the representative wrong?  

Nothing wrong with an unlicensed person doing it, but a licensed individual cant do that. 

Nothing wrong with renting a room out or two.

perhaps i was wrong on this as i realize that how it was serviced is just as important as the place itself... looks like the listing will transfer with new ownership and start anew ...
