Someday I hope that they will have automated reporting that just notifies them that a property is not getting a good balance of share and fix it proactively, but until then, keep your eyes on your listing at least monthly!

Or you could get one of the timers to put on the spigot to automate some of the hose attached sprinklers.

I implement the BRRRR strategy and work primarily in urban markets in Northern NJ.  

I can't think of any business related issue that previously exclusively was handled on paper or manually that wasn't eventually turned automated by someone who developed a solution that met the proper requirements. 

Even implementing the same strategy in different locations will produce entirely different results.

Might be a bit esoteric for the individual I work with but I certainly like the automation aspect of the product/subscription offerings - will dive further into what they offer.Cheers!
