We've been doing foundation system retrofitting, engineered certifications and 433A's in THE FARM as well as all of California be it park communities or on private lots/parcels for the past several decades.

Promoting themselves as having professional capabilities in any of these areas without specific certification or license would likely lead to problems with their local board of realtors and to law suits from clients.Most real estate agents earn their living selling homes with 1-4 units for whoever will buy or sell.

Does anyone have any experience with Cody Sperber / Clever Investor and his mentoring program?

People bring bogus certificates from the internet or have their neighbor who is a social worker write up a letter.

@Jason MaAs one of the people above was saying, it depends on down payment and program.

A couple of years ago after hurricanes such as Katrina, Sandy etc. the gov decided to end the subsidies b/c the program is in bad shape.

Hmm;  Stated Income was a primary cause of the 2008 meltdown via the 125 Loan Programs (aka Country Wide and some others). 

Just my two cents regarding USAA & real estate- some people are thrilled with their mortgage & realtor programs- others, not so much.  

You want to make sure the lender that you are working with has expertise in this program.  

Some insurance companies will not cover insect damage to your building or trees and shrubs if you cannot prove that you had it on a pest control maintenance program.
