I implement the BRRRR strategy and work primarily in urban markets in Northern NJ.  

I can't think of any business related issue that previously exclusively was handled on paper or manually that wasn't eventually turned automated by someone who developed a solution that met the proper requirements. 

Even implementing the same strategy in different locations will produce entirely different results.

Might be a bit esoteric for the individual I work with but I certainly like the automation aspect of the product/subscription offerings - will dive further into what they offer.Cheers!

@Don DanielsI use Compiere ... but mainly because my other company implemented it for a customer and had an instance running.     

You can reasonability automate things if you have very proficient people on the ground and you are the corporate office.

Sure, you can have all the whiz-bang systems automation you want, but ultimately finding a deal is about discovering and building a connection with another human who wants to sell.
