Richelle, if the flooring is functional but just ugly, I'd consider leaving it and earmarking the funds to upgrade it after a tenant or two, or as a retention bonus for a good tenant.  

The wall and footer are tied together with reinforcing steel which keeps the wall from rotating about the connection to the footer.

The most valuable things I got from my MBA (Northeastern University in Boston) were:Broad (but shallow) exposure to all of the main corporate functions.

Watching over the PM company as a syndicator is one thing but being the PM also is a different level of time.PM is usually a low return function and high touch so the syndicators I know farm it out and never do it themselves.

Use the search function to look up any topics and areas of interest.

And do what @Drew Sygit suggest and get out in your imediate community and network and learn the business taking a pre license RE course which is very cheap is a good way to learn how real estate functions. 

I located this unit by going to Craigslist homes for rent, and turning on the “Map” function, and then looking at the parts of the island that I know do really well just based on our other units.

I think a function of why it’s valued a bit differently is because it is a more uncommon and unknown market.

But, also be aware that some smart devices don't function without internet, such as a couple different smart irrigation controllers I tried.
