@Julie Marquez We have gone full circle, started by doing our own management for years, hired a PM when we invested OS, then we moved to PNW where the properties are, bought more properties and self managed them and eventually grew tired of the PM.

I grew up outside of Boston and moved to Enfield CT in 2007 to enroll in the night and weekend program at UCONN.  

I grew a little soft working with some real outstanding people here so this caught me off guard.

I think the DC area did well during the last recession, partly because government jobs grew.

I'm very familiar with Falmouth where I'm looking as my parts live there and I retry much grew up there is the summers as a kid.

Hi Mark,I grew up in Menlo Park, off of Valparaiso and Elder, so I know the area well.

Since then, I've invested in RI as I grew up there and my dad is a contractor who helps with most of the repairs/ maintenance. 

I grew up shadowing my dad as he built his international oil company every step of the way .

I grew up in Cincinnati and still visit often.

I grew up here (in Grosse Pointe Woods) and I am a commercial real estate attorney here.
