Depending on the main features you're looking for, there are lots of property management apps out there that allow you to automate rent collection and late fees, and also log and track mileage and repairs in the same place (plus many other features).

Even if we charged it to the Tenants, then it would presumably harder to incentivize them to switch to paying online with a fee.Also, Yardi Breeze doesn't have a mobile app, that both Buildium and AppFolio have.I know that Voyager is top notch, but from what I have read elsewhere, Breeze is trying to compete with Buildium and AppFolio, but just isn't there yet...

I've got paper applications that people can download and am in the process of building out an online app that will help streamline things.  

I know there's a way to create an app for calls and it tracks inbound.

@Shadonna N.It was one of the facebook pages.I use standard lease, but rent as everything included.They usually pay using one of the payment apps like cash app, paypal, zelle, or venmo

Expenses are just estimates and you don't necessarily need to present the current owner's numbers for a loan app.

Personally, I use Tellus App for all my property management stuff.

Use AirDNA and look at the Airbnb app too to make sure you are aware of the price to pay for them!
