I won't run a report for brand new accounts because if this ends up ranking on the first page of the search engines for certain keywords... many random people will register accounts just to get the report and I will be regretting this :D.One last thing.. this is a time-consuming task (depending how many requests I get) so bare with me.

Many PM companies are filled with people that come in at 9 and clock out at 5, they don't care about your property, tenants or problems, they will do the bare minimum to get stuff done and say they are trying or working on it when they aren't.
