What is up with the notifications?

I get emails saying I have new notifications but when I login I don’t have any unread notifications even though there are new mentions/votes since the last time I logged in. .I’ve been hoping it’s just a temporary thing while they try to fix it. 

I say somehow because I never really got any notifications about a transfer. 

I immediately sent an email after receiving the bank text notification of the deposit, seeing it was short.

We have seen some who use no third-party system and just send you money, but when you have ten doors with that property manager, you have no idea which one it is for or who is paying and who is not.
