I think the USD will continue to devalue.  

It's already happening, it's not a "crash" directionally it's a dollar devaluation.  

So again, using a devaluing currency, to acquire appreciating assets of intrinsic value, smart math right there alone. 

Other forms of assets come with such steeper barrier entries coupled with devaluation of their current currency, it's very hard to resist this proof. 

Gold silver, Prepper assets- things money can’t buy, assets overseas if you think the U.S. dollar will devalue, Health.  

They don't get permits for anything done to the property and the use themselves as they started their own Contracting Co so the win all bids but the work done devalues the property and they will not finish the incomplete jobs that have been done.

Dollar devaluation has created a new floor for RE. 1) big, metro cities like LA, New York, Seattle, etc, or exotic cities like Maui.
