What’s up peeps! I was on the news today talking about the state of the real estate market in Austin. This was in response to the White House claiming that mass deportations are the reason for declining home prices. You can check out the article and video here. Curious on opinions if anyone thinks that mass deportations make any measurable difference in home values?

Austin real estate prices were dropping way before any deportations started.
