It is more a statement about their driving skills than the parking spots.Even though the listing states the unit is on the second story and there is a picture of the stairs, a couple times I have got less than 5 stars for having stairs.I once got less than 5 stars for not having a dishwasher.  

My 4.48 star one is at the top of search results because its cheapest.

I have two properties one is a five star Airbnb on 5 acres on the other property which is across the driveway.

You leave them a 1 star review when they have 5 stars and it is a 20% hit.
