Hi Everyone,
I'm exploring rental management software on the market... right now i have just a hand full of rental doors... maybe i'll get up to 20 over the next couple years... depending on if i buy an apartment building or not...

What software are y'all using, if any..?

if you could share some pros / cons of how its going .

Thanks in advance

I use Innago which is free. I only have 4 LTR properties. You can create your own custom applications and leases. I wasn’t a fan of the syndication for posting to Zillow and other sites. There was some information that didn’t translate well. I post directly on Zillow and Avail now. Their customer service is very good.
