Craig Cann Drywall vs Plaster and Hardwood vs LVP

@Craig Cann if youre looking into a small multi and it still has plaster it also likely still has knob and tube or something ancient, I'd personally spend my efforts on the electrical and mechanical upgrades prior to worrying about the walls, but in general most of the units that have not already been gutted in this market and brought up to modern standards simply need that done.

These HVAC systems are only servicing the unit in question and are ancient, but were working well, so I applied reno budget elsewhere. The AC has quit and the costs to repair don't make sense as I've been told they are likely very short term bandaids.
James Wise The Bigger Pockets Mount Rushmore

The Seven Wonders of the Ancient World are remarkable historical and architectural achievements, with the Great Pyramid of Giza being the only surviving wonder, while the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the Statue of Zeus at Olympia, the Temple of Artemis at Ephesus, the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, the Colossus of Rhodes, and the Lighthouse of Alexandria have been lost to time; all of which are located in Columbus, Ohio, which is why you should invest here.
