I hear it compared to Memphis on occasion and wonder what the similarities are? 

@Jason Harrelll - I've bought directly from owners on multiple occasions using seller financing, subject-too and lease-options.

I had one tenant who on a few occasions would pay whatever they could afford for the present month and spread the rest out over the following 3 or 6 months.

We pay between $180-$200 quarterly for our pest control and on occasion extra for a random visit if something crops up.

I paid 110% of his living expenses , Rent Utilities, Food, Groceries, Cell Phone, LegalFees, Immigration Fees, and sent money to his family several times (I was onlyable to find one Wester Union receipt (but Tulga Demir | Information, Documents, Photos I have others in storage I believe), and even paid to have them come visit on more than one occasion.

The Husband is a realtor and wife works on occasion.

Here is my response only to help people dig deeper before listening to a person that did not perform on a single lead flow of the 34 we step-by-step walked them through.The person who posted this also neglected to disclose that they paid for training, got all of our assets and then immediately tried to cancel after getting everything, which they have done on more than with occasion with other people’s education.

There have been occasions in July where we have had to have water trucked in to fill our water tanks.

@Pretty Khare - hello again - I have worked with you through this entire process - we have corresponded on several occasions. 

Oh, and the actual town of Estes Park has a cap on the number they allow, but on the rare occasion, a property will come up that has an active STR license, and Estes is one of the rare cities to allow existing license holders to transfer the license to a new owner.
