My total projected ROI was decent, but not what I demand from RE investing but I still considered buying it due to the challenges of obtaining cash flow positive STRs, because I had a killer co-host in the area, and we would use it on occasion and as a get away if the $hit ever hit the fan.Sold for $485k (I offered $475k), projected revenue $120k.
