I am familiar with a case in NV were the guy ripped of hedge funds for 150 mil through fraud very basic fraud just photo shopped bank statements to make his start up look like it was making tons of money when in fact it was broke..

I suppose maybe somebody could Photoshop some results if they really wanted to.  

No amount of clever advertising or photoshopping pictures will get you over that. 

This isn't photo shop. 

The neighbors house is tiny and photoshopped out of photos.

I suppose there is always an off chance that the copy of the separate document allowing sale by one trustee is simply photoshopped and fraudulent.I will be getting title insurance on this cash purchase, and have made my attorney aware of my concerns.

Sometimes then they stop applying and I only have to guess that credit is bad is why. with photo shop  and computer fraud that's crazy.

It's cash, and they can do wonders with Photoshop these days...If you still want to buy an out of state property let me know, there are plenty I can sell you up here and I'll even manage them for you.
