SEO is a long term game that will take 12 months minimum to see any benefit.

Never heard of them and I am always apprehensive of large claims and of SEO for STR's in general. 

Not sure if you have new SEO or Management  but the recent website facelift is plain and not an improvement from the  previous. mine brings me to my dashboard and there is no place to go to forums that I could find.
