now is the time to buy in Venezuela   buy the dip !! 

There is almost no ability to ever enforce itit's all politics to bring this to the front page and discussed and take away from other Talking points that are going on right now, such as Venezuela, Greenland, job market, economy, and immigration. no different than last month.

Brazil  Venezuela etc etc.. 

You'd have more luck in Cuba or Venezuela.

I am a venezuelan citizen living in Venezuela.

Sadly in most of south america were I am from (venezuela) you are expected to help family you know take care of your parents when they are old (thing Inagree with) but when they actually need not when they are rellatevely young (50-60) and still are able to work.But again the problem is that my father hasnt been able to find a job, my mother doesn not know english and her health condition doesnt help right know.

Food for thought is that if you owned a property in Venezuela or Zimbabwe the inflation would have been far higher than 3%. 

A bit of advice,I would not start a conversation announcing yourself  as socialist - to those of us who've actually experienced the atrocity that is socialism, it doesn't play too well...Just a thought.Another thought - take a trip to Venezuela :) 

I’m thinking a lot of it is due to demand from South Americans from Venezuela etc looking to get their money out .I haven’t bought property in South FL but have bought several in Jacksonville , Florida.Do you plan to continue focusing on the liberty city area in Miami or looking at opportunities in South FL in general ?
